🏛️ 1. Empire Builder (Classic Top Trumps Style)
🎯 Objective
Win the maximum number of ruler cards by strategically choosing attributes.
👥 Players
2–6 players
🃏 Setup
Shuffle all ruler cards.
Distribute equally among players (face down).
Each player keeps their deck in a stack.
▶️ Gameplay
Player 1 looks at their top card.
Chooses one attribute (e.g., Military, Wealth).
Announces value.
All players reveal their top card’s same attribute.
Highest value wins all cards in that round.
🏆 Winning
Player with all cards OR most cards at the end of a fixed time/round limit.
⚡ Special Rule
If tied → “War Round”: next card decides (adds excitement).
💡 Strategy Layer
Players must remember strong rulers and anticipate when to use which stat.
⚔️ 2. Dynasty Clash (Multi-Attribute Battle Game)
🎯 Objective
Win battles using combinations of attributes instead of just one.

Each player gets 7 cards.
Remaining deck becomes draw pile.

+25 if you have highest Military total
